1.     It is the responsibility of school districts to provide a learning-friendly environment that is safe and orderly. If clothing , hairstyles or wearing gang colors is disruptive, then if it is not controlled, it will make it hard to focus on lessons and learning in the school.  Students will not get the quality of education that they deserve and their parents expect.  It is in all of our interest that American students are as well, if not better educated than other countries’ kids. For more detail
